Workshop Participation & Liability Waiver

Activity Description
Participants will design and glue up a hardwood cutting board using wood glue, clamps, and simple hand tools. All power tool work (planing, routing, sanding) will be completed off-site by the instructor.
Participant Agreement
By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree:
I am voluntarily participating in this workshop.
I understand that minimal physical activity is required (clamping, glue handling, etc.).
I agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor and studio staff.
I understand that White Lyon Woodworks completes all tool-based work off-site.
I release White Lyon Woodworks and the hosting studio from liability for minor injuries such as glue contact or splinters.
I understand my finished board will be picked up at Session 2 or arranged with the studio.

I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the workshop and give permission for these images to be used for marketing or social media. (You may decline by emailing the instructor.)
